Instructional Recreational League
(Schedule)
- Ages 4 and 5 (pre-school and kindergarten), Co-ed.
- Kids play small 4v4 games.
- First half-hour is instruction, second half-hour is games.
- Focus is on good sportsmanship, social interaction and fun.
- All practices/games are on Saturdays (1 hour total) at GMS.
- Practice/game times are scheduled at either 11:15am or 12:30pm.
- All players play all positions (no goalies) and play equal time.
- Required equipment is: size 3 soccer ball, shin guards, and athletic wear.
- Optional equipemnt is: water bottle and soccer cleats.

Tips for 4v4 Coaches [Word Document]
- Ages 6 and 7 (first and second grade), Co-ed
- Kids play 4v4 soccer games.

- Ages 8 - 10 (third through fifth grade), Co-ed
- Kids play 6v6 soccer games.
- Each team has a 1 hour practice during the week.
- Focus is on good sportsmanship, social interaction and fun.
- All games are on Saturdays (1 hour) at Brickyard.
- Game times are scheduled at either 10:00am, 11:00am, or 12:00pm.
- All players play all positions (except goalie . . . volunteers only) and play equal time.
- Required equipment is: size 4 soccer ball, shin guards, and athletic wear.
- Optional equipemnt is: water bottle and soccer cleats.

Senior Recreational League
(Schedule)
- Ages 11 - 16 (sixth grade and up), Co-ed
- Kids play a variety of "soccer" games: 6v6, 11v11, skills, etc.
- Instruction is more technical than in younger divisions but prior experience is not necessary. This group has players who range from no experience to play on travel and school teams.
- Focus is on good sportsmanship, leadership, social interaction and fun.
- We work skills and play games at practice (1 1/2 hours per week) and have a warm-up and games on Saturdays (1 3/4 hours).
- All players play all positions (except goalie . . . volunteers only) and play equal time.
- Often the older and more skilled players are asked to teach, lead and involve the younger, less skilled players.
- Required equipment is: size 4/5 soccer ball, shin guards, and athletic wear.
- Optional equipemnt is: water bottle and soccer cleats.
